Neopets - Noil Petpet

There was mention in the Neopets news that they were seeking art for an upcoming Noil spotlight later this month.

I RLY LIKE CATS and I liked the excuse to break in the new pencils my boyfriend got me for Christmas so .. here he is! He's been submitted to the Gallery, so I hope I wake up one day this week with him on their news page.

Materials: Mechanical pencil sketch, Pilot black gel ink pen ( THESE ARE TERRIBLE DON'T USE THEM >_>; ), Prismacolor marker base, Prismacolor pencil shading, Photoshop for background transparency.
Time: 3-4 hours total.
